Litigation, arbitration and mediation
Our dedicated team acts for airlines and aviation operators in a wide range of national and cross-border disputes.
Our lawyers are authorized to plead before European courts, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch representation in complex legal matters. Our extensive experience encompasses high-profile civil and criminal cases before the Court of cassation, the Council of State, and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Our expertise extends to handling passenger claims under EU Regulation 261, as well as insured claims for both cargo and passenger matters, including those governed by the 1999 Montreal Convention and the 1952 Rome Convention. We also assist our clients in litigation relating to aircraft, aircraft lease and operational agreements, such as aircraft repossession and regulatory litigation, traffic rights and groundhandling licenses disputes.
Clients are trusting us when it comes to assist them in arbitration disputes, as our knowledge of the relevant sectors and our experience provide them with a distinct advantage.
