Damage to fresh fruits during their transportation by sea and storage

We assisted a major importer of fresh fruits and its insurers in relation to damage having affected a large number of fruits during their transportation by sea and storage by a subcontractor, including the subsequent subrogated recovery proceedings, which took the form of multi-country arbitration and judicial proceedings, and the attendance of meetings on site with the court appointed surveyor.
