Joint-venture in the aircraft maintenance sector

We assisted the airline of a global integrator in setting up a joint venture with a major maintenance services provider for the purpose of performing dedicated maintenance work on all aircraft of its fleet. This included the negotiation and drafting of the joint venture and related shareholders agreement, as well as of all related maintenance services contracts associated with this project.
