Structural damage caused to a building by construction works

We have been assisting an industrial company and its insurers in relation of a claim under a construction all risk (CAR) insurance policy, following structural damage caused to a neighboring warehouse allegedly due to construction works. This involved court proceedings, the drafting of submissions, pleadings and attendance of on-site meetings with the court appointed surveyor.
