Aircraft leasing dispute and ICC arbitration proceedings
We assisted a Middle-East airline in the context of ICC arbitration proceedings initiated by an European airlines in relation to the termination of an aircraft lease agreement and the rights and obligations in relation thereto. This involved the preparation and filings of written submissions and arbitration pleading in the presence of the arbitral tribunal, the parties, their counsel and witnesses.
