Wannes Buelens

Wannes Buelens obtained a master’s degree in law at the University of Antwerp in 2014 (magna cum laude), and obtained a PhD in law at the same university in 2018.

In February 2018, Wannes started his career as an attorney, specializing in liability law, contract law and insurance law, as well as commercial law, real estate law and health law. Wannes is assisting our firm and its clients in certain matters on a regular basis, and otherwise provides services to his clients through his own firm (www.blns-law.com).

Wannes is a guest professor at the Antwerp Liability Law and Insurance Chair of the University of Antwerp, responsible for the courses about liability and property insurances. He is also a teaching assistant in health law at the University of Ghent, and is a voluntary scientific collaborator at the University of Antwerp (person & property research group).
