Thomas Chaboureau

Thomas Chaboureau has close to 10 years of experience in the insurance sector.

With a solid and well-established experience in the insurance sector, Thomas assists insurers and reinsurers in complex coverage and liability matters, in relation to industrial risks, professional and product liability, aviation, financial lines, construction, cyber risks and reinsurance coverage. He has developed a recognized expertise in handling complex litigation, at an international level.

Thomas also provides legal advice in relation to policy wording, regulatory issues, claims and risk assessment and deductible or aggregation issues. Thomas gained experience working for insurers and prime international law firms active in the insurance sectors.

Before joining the firm, Thomas gained experience working for an international insurer and with prime global law firms active in the insurance sector.

Thomas Chaboureau holds a French degree in Insurance Law and an LLM in International Business Law from Queen Mary University of London, as well as an LLM in Chinese Business Law from Jiao Tong University in Shanghai.
